Returns Policy
By processing your payment with The Maggies Nest, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and any returns of your purchases. Please note that refunds will strictly only be provided for items assessed and deemed as faulty. A store credit or exchange will be offered in all other circumstances.
Sale Items: Please note there is no return on sale or discounted items. All discounted sales are final. Items purchased during flash sale periods are included under this sale policy so please ensure you choose your item(s) carefully.

Prior to returning your item, please ensure your return complies with our full returns policy below, otherwise your parcel could be sent back to you;
- Please include your name, order number, and reason for your return along with the item(s) you wish to return and package in a traceable mailing satchel to PO Box 170 CUNDERDIN WA 6407. You will need to cover the return postage and ensure to keep your tracking number as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive your item, please allow 3-8 business days for your store credit to be processed. You will automatically receive your store credit via your email in the form of a store gift card. These occasionally go to junk folders so please be sure to check your junk folder.
Returns Policy
At The Maggies Nest we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy you can return your order within 30 days from date of purchase for a store credit. Items must still be in their original condition (unworn!) and tags attached. If the item is deemed unsellable it will simply be returned to the customer. A refund will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed as faulty.
Please send us an email at info@themaggiesnest.com.au to notify us of your return and reason for returning. Please include your order number and name as well as contact details with your return package. With this information we are able to act promptly once received. Shipping costs are not refunded.
By purchasing from The Maggies Nest, you have accepted the possibility of slight variations in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different dependent on individual monitor settings.
Due to our strict health and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept the return of earrings, hair accessories, skincare and perfumes unless deemed faulty.
Returned items will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card, unless you have been approved for a refund due to a faulty garment. A store credit is valid for three years from the date of issue and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Every item that leaves our store is individually checked before being shipped, however occasionally manufacturing faults are missed. Refunds will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed to be faulty. Please contact our team within 24hours of receiving your faulty item, so we are able to prioritise and resolve the issue quickly.
