At The Maggies Nest we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products at all times. However if on the rare occasion you should receive a faulty or incorrect product please send us an email to info@themaggiesnest.com.au so we can send you a return prepaid postage satchel. Once received, if stock is available, we are happy to provide a replacement and we will incur the cost of return postage. Alternatively, you can opt to receive a full refund.
